Each pair is made to order, so slight variations in placement may occur.
AFTER YOU ORDER
Every order is individually designed by our calligrapher, so timing may vary slightly.
A design proof will be emailed to you within 3 days of purchase, so please make sure your email address is entered correctly and keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder).
The proof is for confirming the design before engraving. If anything needs correcting, such as a spelling mistake, please let us know.
We aim to ship within 7 days of your design approval and deliver within 14 days.
SHIPPING & CARE
Once your pair is ready, it will be sent out with tracking details. Please hand wash only, with a soft sponge.
If anything isn’t quite right when your pair arrives, please contact us.
ENGRAVING
We do not use computer fonts. Every name is hand-drawn digitally in our calligraphy style, with placement based on the lettering structure of both names.
Each glass is engraved in the center. Because every name and combination is unique, your finished piece may vary slightly from the product photos.
